iOS 7.1 beta 4 and Xcode 5.1 beta 4 are now available on the iOS Dev Center. There are still several known issues for Apple’s developers to address, so another beta release for iOS 7.1 before we see the final version is highly likely.
The previous 7.1 beta 3 release focused mostly on UI tweaks, however, it looks like beta 4 is more about the details within the code. The biggest UI change that users have found so far is the Slide to Unlock animation is much brighter. Today’s update also includes Xcode 5.1 Developer Preview 4 and a new version of the Apple TV beta software. The update has a build number of 11D5134c and is available via an over-the-air update or through Apple’s developer center website.
